Thank you for submitting your request for assistance with your Trico bill. A member of Trico’s COVID-19 Assistance Team will be contacting you to determine your eligibility. We have received a significant number of requests, so it may be several days before you are contacted. Please be assured we are working on your request and we have committed to not disconnect service or charge late fees during the emergency. We recommend that you review the list of documents that may be needed to verify your eligibility. This list can be found by clicking HERE.
