ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
Funding from the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is available for eligible low-income homeowners struggling to pay their mortgage and other home-related expenses. The assistance is intended to prevent foreclosure, but it also helps pay past due utilities, internet services, property taxes, insurance, homeowners association fees, and more.
