NOTICE OF CHANGE IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
On August 24, 2021, the Trico Board of Directors unanimously approved a Resolution changing the Director District boundaries in accordance with Trico’s bylaws.
Each District is represented by a Director and the boundaries determine who is eligible to be nominated and elected as a Director in the District. The change was made to maintain an equitable number of Members in each District, and account for growth that has occurred and is projected to occur in several Districts. In accordance with the bylaws, below is a copy of the Resolution. Above is a map showing the new District boundaries. For a more detailed map, you can view our Outage Map that allows you to zoom in on your address.
