To successfully apply for an business entity service application, we will need the following documentation:

  • Property and permit information
  • Type and size of service
  • Construction documents (preferred in AutoCAD)
  • Legal description from Property Title

  • Identify new meter location
  • Identify property corners
  • Obtain permits from proper Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). View contact info here.
  • Obtain easements (if required)
  • Contact AZ811 before digging
  • Excavation, Backfill, and Conduit Installation
  • Provide service entrance equipment
