WHAT WE WILL NEED FOR YOUR MODIFICATION APPLICATION
Some or all of these may be applicable, depending on your request.
Provide service entrance equipment.
Excavation, Backfill, and Conduit Installation.
Contact AZ811 before digging.
Identify new meter location.
Identify property corners.
Obtain easements (if required).
Complete Trico Interconnection Agreement (Backup Generator).
Obtain permits from proper Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
