Beware of scams
Trico Members have reported receiving a call stating (1) you are delinquent in paying your bill and if you do not go to a specified location to make a payment, you will be disconnected or (2) we will be replacing your meter and you will be without power for three days. Neither of these calls are from Trico.
- If you are delinquent in paying your bill, Trico will contact you but we will never ask that you make a payment by going to a specified location, nor will we leave the amount of your delinquent bill in a message.
- We are currently replacing all our meters, and you will receive a phone call letting you know when we will be in your area. However, you will NOT be without power for three days. The length of the outage is approximately 30 seconds.
