Bill payment assistance opportunities available now
If you are having trouble paying your electric bill, please contact us. Trico can help. We offer payment arrangements and can provide a list of community agencies that may be able to offer utility assistance.
Members may request a payment extension though SmartHub or by calling the Member Services department at 520-744-2944 or (866) 337-2052. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For a list of community agencies to contact, Click Here, to access the “Help from Trico” section of our website. Members may use SmartHub to easily access billing information, such as the amount due, due date, previous payment history and energy usage. Members who do not already have SmartHub access can sign up by Clicking Here, and selecting “Sign up to access our Self Service site”. You will need your billing account number, last name, and an email address.
Under rules approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission, residential members may be subject to disconnection for balances left unpaid after October 15, 2019.
If your account includes an overdue balance after that date, it is the responsibility of the member to contact Trico for acceptable payment arrangements. Members with past due balances who do not comply with the requirements described above will be subject to disconnection after October 15th. Trico will apply any existing deposit you have paid prior to initiating disconnection for non-payment.
If your power is disconnected for non-payment after October 15th, you will be required to pay your delinquent bill balance, a reconnection fee, and a deposit.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods described above. Don’t delay! We look forward to helping you maintain access to safe, reliable electric service.
